The LZY-BC-R is a single-rack hybrid power controller for photovoltaic (PV) power plants and communication facilities. The controller combines a number of energy modules – solar panels, wind turbines, battery storage, rectifiers, inverters, power distribution units and monitoring controllers – into a single rack-mount system. The controller delivers regulated DC and AC power to mission-critical loads (e.g. telecom radios, site equipment) with high reliability. Its intelligent power management continuously optimizes inputs (solar, grid, diesel, etc.) and energy storage for seamless 24/7 operation. High-speed MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) and onboard protection (miniature circuit breakers) safeguard the system and connected devices from overloads and failures. LZY-BC-R is ideal for indoor and outdoor installations and is thus the ideal solution for tough telecom and industrial environments.

LZY-BC-R excels in solar-hybrid power plants and microgrids where it is the master controller of multiple PV arrays, batteries, and standbys. In large PV installations or remote grid-less sites, it continuously optimizes power flows to provide reliable output, maximising energy harvest in spite of changing weather. The high-power (18–36 kW) designs can be paralleled for bigger systems.

Installations: The LZY-BC-R is usually installed in a standard 19″ telecommunications rack or in a weatherproof enclosure. Ventilation and clearances are site design dependent. Comprehensive schematics and layout diagrams are provided in the product manual to help in system integration (e.g. PV combiner connections, battery wiring, AC outputs) according to industry best practices.
